Round I

  • Jan 26,2010       Deadline for submission of Abstract
  • Jan 28,2010       Notification of abstract acceptance for Round II

Round II (Teams whose abstract is accepted in Round I)

  • Feb 1,2010       Deadline for submission of full paper and forwarding letter
  • Feb 3,2010         Notification of Result

Round III (Teams whose full paper is accepted in Round II)
 
 
Format And Rules :-
General Rules

  • The competition is open to undergraduate students of all disciplines.
  • No student can be an author of more than one participating paper.
  • The research work need not necessarily have been done as part of a separate, standalone research program. All the work you have done as part of projects in courses, your summer research work, the B.Tech. / B.E. Projects / B.Sc. research program are welcome.
  • Each team may have maximum four members. All team members are not required to be enrolled at the same institution.
  • All results will be announced on the website & will be mailed to the team members of the successful teams.

Registration

  • First of all get yourself registered at Mukti'10.
  • Use a Team Name for all sorts of queries and submissions related to Paper.

Round 1 : Abstract Submission

  • An abstract of about 400 words has to be submitted focusing on the problem statement, scope of work, the idea proposed, original work done and brief results and findings.
  • Selection in the first round will be based on the abstract submitted.
  • All papers must be submitted electronically to praveen@mkti.in with subject "Team Name-Abstract Submission". Last date of submission is Jan 26,2009. See "Submission Deadlines."

Round 2 : Full Paper Submission

  • The shortlisted teams are required to submit a full paper.
  • The last date for submission of the full paper is Feb 1, 2010. See "Submission Deadlines".
  • All paper must be submitted electronically to praveen@mkti.in with subject "Team Name-Full Paper Submission".
  • The length of submitted papers must be no more than 8 single-spaced, single-column pages including all figures, tables, and bibliography.
  • Papers must be submitted in word template and also in PDF format .   

Decision

  • The decision of the judges would be final and binding.

Online Submission

  • All paper must be submitted electronically to praveen@mkti.in with subject "Team Name-Full Paper Submission" for round II and "Team Name-Abstract Submission" for round I.

Important

  • E-mails will be sent to selected participants within 24 hours of online declaration of results. Because the emails may be identified as spams by some mail systems, some authors will not receive their emails correctly.
