Rules and Procedures for InCanity:

1. Only 2 participants per team allowed.
2. The competition will consist of two rounds
Prelims
Finals

Prelims :

1. In the prelims ,you will be provided with some objective type of questions which you must solve within 45 mins.
2. Questions will be based on knowledge of C.
3. A fixed number of teams will be selected for the finals.
 
Finals :
1. Each team will be provided with a GNU/Linux machine.
2. No internet connection is provided.
3. You will have to write code for the problems provided.
